magazine - aka a mag or, commonly but incorrectly, especially when removable,
a clip. It is an ammunition storage and feeding device within or attached to an airsoft
gun. Magazines may be integral to the gun (fixed) or removable (detachable). (

MilSim - abbreviation for military simulation.
There are many applications of MilSim: airsoft games, paintball games,
military training, and video games simulating military scenarios
and tactics. (

referee (or official) - a person that officiates an airsoft
game and has the authority to call out players that do not call their
hits, resolve game disputes and clarify rules. Referees are unarmed,
usually designated by wearing flourescent colors, must also wear
safety goggles, and are NEVER to be fired upon.

shooting - the act or process of firing guns or other
projectile weapons such as bows or crossbows. (

skirmish - small battles that involve smaller number of
